How Chico Free Spirit was born

Chico Free Spirit Healing Center was born out of a deep desire to provide a safe and nurturing space for people to heal and grow. The founder, Ashley Kerns had experienced her own journey of healing and transformation and wanted to create a place where others could do the same.

The journey was not easy, as she faced many challenges and doubts along the way. But her passion and determination kept her going. She spent months researching different healing modalities and gathering a team of experienced practitioners who shared her vision. With her community she transformed an old building in the heart of Chico into a beautiful and tranquil space for healing.

Certified Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and Holy Fire Reiki Master

Ashley is a Chico native and a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner in the Butte County area. She has been a Reiki practitioner since 2021, and became a Certified Master Teacher in the summer of 2022. Ashley is also a member of the International Center for Reiki Training as well as the International Association of Reiki Professionals. Along with teaching and Reiki sessions, Ashley also offers aroma therapy, crystal healing, and guided meditations. Ashley runs and guides Reiki Level 1&2 classes. It is her passion to bring healing, balance and vitality to others.
